Army: Alternatives to destroying munitions approved, not funded

Craig Williams shared a word with BGAD Army Depot Commander Col. Brett Ayvazian Wednesday, following a meeting about open burning/open detonations of obsolete munitions at the Blue Grass Army Depot.
