Yule Fest a big success

The 32nd Danish American Yule Fest, sponsored by the Berea Folk Circle, became a community event for all the senses and for kids of all ages. Colorful, well-attended and challenging workshops were spearheaded by Ana Maria Salvaggio, Laurie White and Kent Gilbert. The event was mc’d by Jennifer Rose and top-notch musicians and singers included herself, Al White, Alice White, Ruth McLain and special guest Anita Lerche. The beautiful Santa Lucia procession included The Berea Festival Dancers. Folk Circle board members and friends were in charge of food preparation and decorations. More than a 110 attendees participated in an evening of ultimate HYGGE, which was free to the public. Save-A-Lot and Tractor Supply provided support for the event.
