Carol Arlene Parker Rogers

Carol Arlene Parker Rogers, 86, widow of Dallas Rogers passed away Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. She was born April 4, 1938, in Madison County to the late Leonard and Dorothy Jackson Parker. Carol retired from Gibson Greeting Cards, she loved to travel, eating out, and yard sales. Spending time with family was her joy in life.

Other than her husband she was preceded by two daughters, Dorothy Rogers, and Wanda Combs, one brother Jerry Parker and one nephew Michael Parker.

Carol is survived by four grandchildren, Regina (Steven Witten) Patterson, Scott (Anna) Anglin, Crystal (George) Witten, Jason (Angela) Combs, eleven great-grandchildren, Dakota Anglin, Kara Robinson, Aaron Spurlock, Ashleigh Anglin, Savannah Gabbard, Landon Taylor, Jaycee Combs, Kobe Combs, Jayla Combs, Kynsley Combs, Axel Combs. Seven great great grandchildren, Ethan Robinson, Noah Robinson, Avaree Spurlock, Samiyah Turley, Zayna Cox, Azlyn Cox, Ziyah Cox.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. until the Funeral at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at Davis & Powell Funeral Home Rev. Randy Calico will officiate. You may view the service live at www.davisandpowellfuneralhome.com burial will follow in the Berea Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kobe Combs, Aaron Spurlock, Donnie Robinson, Steven Witten, George Witten, and Landon Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will be her great and great great grandchildren.
