Victoria Alisha McQueary,

April 11, 2025

Victoria Alisha McQueary, a vibrant and adventurous soul, passed away tragically in a car accident on April 9 in Berea. Born on April 19, 1997, in Jacksonville, Florida, Victoria’s zest for life and her infectious smile left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Victoria’s journey through life was one of passion and discovery. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University, which paved the way for her fulfilling career as a CHI Practice Manager at Primary Care at Kingston, Richmond, and Berea Family Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Berea. Her dedication to her work was paralleled only by her love for adventure and learning. Victoria’s interests were as diverse as her personality; she was a talented model, an avid learner of the Japanese language, and a globetrotter whose heart was set on exploring every corner of the world.
She is survived by her loving parents, John Michael and Marcia Cruz McQueary; her brother, Michael McQueary; her cherished grandparents, Carmen and Jose Cruz, Ronald and Kathy McQueary; her caring aunts, Amy (Jimmy) Gerrior, Teresa Urena, Cassandra (Tim McDonald) Brown; and her uncle, Ronald McQueary Jr., and many cousins. Each family member will hold onto the memories of Victoria’s adventurous spirit and the joy she brought into their lives.
The family will be accepting friends and family on Monday, April 14, at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea from 5 pm to 7 pm.
