Ruth Witt

Ruth Witt, age 95, widow of Charley Witt, passed away peacefully, with her family in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ruth was born in Madison County to the late Henry and Bessie Rogers Abrams. She was a homemaker and caring mother to her children and grandchildren. Ruth was also preceded in death by her son Roger Dale Witt, her brother Frank Abrams, and daughter-in-law Mary Ann Witt.

Ruth is survived by her children: Frank Witt, and Marguerite (Harold) Tucker, her brothers: Green Abrams, and Lonie Abrams, her grandchildren: Denise Cox, Stephanie Davis, Nikki Colwell, Lorie Tucker, Shannon Witt, and Shawn Witt, and her great-grandchildren: Gabrielle Cox, Eli Davis, El Davis, Kylie Tucker, Kendall Beach, Zoe Witt, and Austin Witt and her 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will take place at 11:30 am on Wednesday April 16, at the Rogers Cemetery on Kirby Knob Road in Jackson County. Lakes Funeral Home in Berea is handling the arrangements.
