Deloris Van Winkle Ballinger

Deloris Van Winkle Ballinger, 82, passed away Sunday, April 20, at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. Deloris was born to James Leslie & Minnie (Campbell) VanWinkle of Cave Springs, in Jackson County. Deloris was a homemaker, worked in the Jackson County School System and worked at the Laura Ashley Factory in McKee.
Deloris is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ballinger, both her parents, and her siblings: Gladys Faye Northern, Ronald Lee Van Winkle, Aileen Whitaker, Beulah VanWinkle, Carol Ballinger, and James Danny VanWinkle.
Deloris is survived by her children: Dale (Brenda) Ballinger, Hank (Nancy) Ballinger, Pat (Charlie) Dean, and Tonya (Stacy) Edwards, her 8 grandchildren: Jessica Willis, Rachel Day, Sarah Anglin, Melinda Harris, Leah Lowe, Jared Blair, Paige Edwards, and Kenton Edwards, and 15 great grandchildren, and 4 siblings Eddie VanWinkle, Larry VanWinkle, Joyce Gatliff, and Jean Isaacs.
Visitation will be Thursday April 24, at Lakes Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday April 25, at Lakes Funeral Home at 1 p.m with Dale Ballinger, Hank Ballinger & Stacy Edwards officiating..
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Kyle Willis, Johnathan Day, Brad Anglin, Stewart Harris, Seth Lowe, Jared Blair and Kenton Edwards.
