Mrs. Barbara Jean Kelly, 87, widow of Carlos Ray Kelly, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center. Funeral Services were Friday, May 23, 2025, at the Lancaster Road Church of God, Burial followed in the Madison County Memorial Gardens.
