Mr. Russell Kearns Hamblin, 96, formerly of Richmond, passed away early Wednesday morning, May 21, at the home of his daughter in Natchitoches, LA. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Thursday, 29, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home
