Debra Kay Dean, 71, passed away on Monday, May 26, at Baptist Health-Lexington. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Madison Memorial Gardens.
