Koa Marie Cummins
June 17, 2025

Koa Marie Cummins was born into this world on February 12th, 2025, to her Mommy, Bailee Crawford, Daddy, Austin Cummins, and Brother, Kru Allen Cummins. She departed this world way too soon on June 11, 2025.
Koa is more than a light in this world. Her eyes are as bright as the sun with a twinkle as sparkly as the stars. Everything about her is beyond perfect. Although her time on this Earth was short, the impact she made on everyone around her is enough to last a million lifetimes. Her giggle, the way she would grab your face, kick anything she could, yell with so much sass, and blow bubbles were just a few of many things we will forever love and miss about her. She is the snuggliest bunny that brought peace anytime she was in your arms. When she was born, Mommy described her arrival in her baby book as “Thank you, God,” and Daddy said “Blessed beyond Measure”. Those words will never measure the amount of happiness she brought us and how much she filled our hearts with love and joy. She was the most beautiful puzzle piece that made our family picture perfect and complete. Koa Marie was too perfect for this world, and we will spend every minute of the rest of our lives trying to find peace in the fact that we will see her again in our eternal home. Heaven is so lucky to have her. Daddy’s girl, mommy’s world, and bubby’s built-in best friend.
In addition to her parents and brother, Koa is survived by her grandparents: Tara Crawford, Debbie Way, and Bobby (Michelle) Cummins; and by many other family members and friends who adored her with their entire hearts and souls.
Koa’s funeral will be on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Oldham, Roberts, and Powell Funeral Home, Richmond, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Her burial will follow at Madison County Memorial Gardens. In place of pallbearers, she will be carried in the arms of her Mommy and Daddy.
The family wants their daughter to be surrounded by flowers so that the room is as bright and colorful as she is.
Corinthians 13:13: "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love”
Proverbs 3:15: “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her."
A healthy Madison County requires great community news.
