Jerry Dwayne Ivey

 Jerry Dwayne Ivey, 50, of Crab Orchard, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at UK Chandler Medical Center.

Dwayne, the son of Jerry Logan Prather and the late Pamela Ivey, was born in Fayette County on March 17, 1975. He was good at working on vehicles and enjoyed watching Andy Griffith.

In addition to his father, Dwayne is survived by his sister, Lisa Ivey, several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and his dog, Bella.

Visitation was held from  July 18, 2025, at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.

The funeral followed at the funeral home with Rev. Owen Moody officiating.

Burial was in the Richmond Cemetery.

Pallbearers were his nephews.
