Robert J. Simkins

Robert J Simkins, 89, formerly of Berea, passed away Nov. 27, 2023, at the Cambridge Nursing Facility in Lexington. Bob was born in Manitowoc Wisconsin to the late Bernard and Rose Meyer Simkins, he was a proud Alum of Notre Dame, and served his country in the U.S. Army. He was retired purchasing manager for Dresser Industries in Berea where he made his home for many years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ruth Jordan Middleton Simkins. Bob is survived by his daughter Patricia Simkins of Lexington, Kentucky. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
