Jane Douglas Wilson

Jane Douglas Wilson, 61 of Berea, passed away after a brief illness at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Jane was born in Madison County, Kentucky to Gladys Richardson Douglas and the late Alfred Douglas.

She was a nurturing in home health care worker and enjoyed being with her church family with Living Hope Ministries. Jane loved to help others and always had a hug and a smile for anyone who needed it.

She is survived by her daughter, Dagni Wilson and her husband Joseph Goblick; her granddaughter, Athena Goblick; her mother, Gladys Richardson Douglas; one sister Kaye Douglas Young and her daughter, Shana Douglas.

In addition to her father, Jane was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Bernice Douglas, who was a special light in her life.

A memorial service is planned for 1 pm, Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Lakes Funeral Home with Pastor Walter Rhodus officiating.
