Deborah Sue McCully Claxton

Deborah Sue McCully Claxton, 60, of Berea, died Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Saint Joseph Hospital Lexington. She was a Lewisburg, Tennessee native born February 22, 1964, daughter of the late Edward Gene McCully and late Katie Lee Fowler, having moved to Berea three years ago from Columbia, TN. Deborah enjoyed her family, researching genealogy, and crafts.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years Charles Wade Claxton; sons T.J. Cates (Kris), Nicholas McCully; daughter Brandee Deckard (Michael); stepson Thomas Claxton; stepdaughter Chasity Smith; sister Rebecca Hayes; special niece Fawn (Jason); grandchildren Piper, Benjamin (Alyssa), Tucker, Sawyer, Charlee-Kate, Olive; great grandson Axle.
