The 2026 Madison County Primary Elections will take place on May 19 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Primary Elections include partisan primaries for federal and state candidates and nonpartisan primaries for local offices. The Primary Elections determine the candidates that will appear on the ballot in the General Elections on Nov. 5. Madison County candidates who have filed as of Jan. 6 are as follows:
