David Thomas Ray, “Simon”, age 77, of Richmond, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025, at Kenwood Health & Rehabilitation. Visitation will be from 11 – 1 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.
The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
