Kenneth Edward Bowles age 69, passed away suddenly at his home in Berea on Thursday, Feb.27, 2025. Kenny was the son of the late John D. Bowles Jr. and Mae Dooley Bowles. He had attended Berea Community High School and was loved and cherished by his family. Kenny is survived by his sisters: Juanita (Rusty) Whittamore, and Diane (Joe Wittig) Acton, a niece Johnna (Jon) Thomas, a nephew Brent (Morgan) Whittamore, and his great-nephews: Sawyer and Lincoln Thomas.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 4, at 1 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Miller officiating. Pallbearers will be Brent Whittamore, Rusty Whittamore, Jon Thomas, Craig Dollins, Jacob Kirby, and Keith Davidson. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Wittig, Ricky Clontz, Sawyer Thomas, and Lincon Thomas. Burial will be in the Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home.
