Timothy Joe Walker, 65, of Richmond, died March 8, 2024, at his
home after battling cancer. He was a partner of the law firm Fogle Keller Walker,
PLLC, and a graduate of the University of Kentucky Law School, Class of 1985.
Tim was married for 34 years to his wife Dale Rankin Walker. In addition to his
wife, he is survived by his children: Lizz Walker (Nina) Lexington, Christopher
Walker Lexington, and Matt Walker of Richmond.
Tim was the son of Gary Walker and the late Mona (Donegan) Walker of Ashland. He is survived by his father as well as his siblings: Patrick Walker, Nathan
(Shuang) Walker, Carrie Walker of Ashland, and Megan McGuire (Gary) of
Ohio, as well as a host of other cherished family and friends.
Tim was licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia to practice law and was recognized
by Martindale Hubbell with their highest AV preeminent rating. He took great
pride in his work and enjoyed sharing his passion for theater, music, pickleball, and
the outdoors. His friends recall that he had a big personality and the most incredible
laugh.
In accordance with Tim’s wishes he is to be cremated. There will be a Celebration of
Life service on March 23 at his father’s home at 9609 Naples Road, Ashland, Kentucky
and an additional service will be held in Richmond, KY at a date to be announced.
