Forrest Ann Young

 

  Ann Young, 82, wife of Dewey Ralph Young, passed away Wednesday Aug. 14, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington. Ann was born in Garrard County to the late Waldo and Mary Fields Robinson. She retired from Gibson Greeting Cards and was a member of the Living Waters Sanctuary in Berea. Ann was preceded in death by her siblings: Dennis Ray Robinson, Billy Robinson, Dallas Robinson, Frances Flinchum, Delores Sparks, and Jewell Kidwell.

  Ann is survived by her loving husband Ralph Young, and their children: Kenny (Patti) Young, Terry (Diane) Young, and Roger Young, her grandsons: Christopher Ryan Young, Justin Duane Young, Landon Wyatt Young, and Kenneth Ryder Young, and her special angel great-granddaughter Everleigh Ann Lorraine Young, and her siblings: James (Betty) Robinson, Charles (Mary Margaret) Robinson, and Betty McGuire

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday Aug. 20, 2024, at Lakes Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Day officiated.  Burial will be in the Robinson Cemetery in Cartersville. Pallbearers were Chris Young, Justin Young, Landon Young, Ryder Young, Zach Himes, Dray Hall, and Bill Lake.
