Elizabeth Ann Luxmore Johnson, 80 , Berea

Elizabeth Ann Luxmore Johnson, age 80, wife of the late Delbert Johnson, passed away Tuesday December 31, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington, KY, she was born July 26, 1944, in Carbondale, PA to the late Henry E. and Tillie Naholnik Luxmore. Elizabeth was employed for thirty plus years with Berea Hospital as an X-Ray Technician in the Radiology Department. During those years, the relationships she developed with other ladies became especially important to her. They were more than just friends. After retirement they called themselves the Vintage Pearls. Elizabeth was a chocolate and pizza lover. She enjoyed porch sitting listening to the rain, nature, reading, and cooking. Elizabeth spent her last few years at the Willows Assisted Living Facility in Lexington, KY

Elizabeth is survived by one son, Erik Johnson of California, one brother, Henry J. Luxmore of Mayfield, PA, and two daughters, Machelle, and Angie. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death one daughter, Gina.

At the request of Elizabeth cremation will take place and no services will be scheduled at this time.
